Booking & cancellation

Courts are booked online at sunsetpadelsamui.com. The full amount (court and any rental rackets) is paid when you book, by card or PromptPay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

While you pay, your slot is held for 30 minutes. Your booking is confirmed once the payment succeeds, and you receive a confirmation email with a link to manage your booking.

Prices are in Thai baht (THB) and include balls.

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of your game, using the “Manage my booking” link in your confirmation email. You will be refunded in full to the payment method you used. Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 days, depending on your bank.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of the game, and no-shows, are not refunded.

If we have to cancel your booking (for example because of severe weather on the open-air court or a technical problem), you will be refunded in full.

Please arrive a few minutes early. Sessions end on time so the next players can start theirs.

Rental rackets must be returned at the end of the session in the condition they were given.
